Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
